FLAMENCO CAJÓN CLASSES
AT 'TOCART SCHOOL' IN LA VERNEDA, BARCELONA

In our regular flamenco cajón classes you will learn the technique of the instrument, various rhythms or 'palos', other musical styles, thus taking advantage of the cajón as a multi-rhythmic instrument and we will discuss the culture of flamenco.

A fun way to learn these exciting rhythms and meet people with the same interests.

CLASS CHARACTERISTICS:

• Group classes.

• Cajón technique, resources and study technique.

​

• Different rhythms like funk, samba, rock...

​

• Flamenco rhythms 'palos' (rumba, buleria…).

​

• Study of improvisation patterns that will allow you to express yourself with the instrument.​

​

• Focused on students of initial and intermediate level.

​

• ​We provide the necessary instruments. 

​

• Activity for adults.

​

• ​Regular weekly classes of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

​

At the Tocart school, we offer a quarterly weekend stage, in a rural environment, where we get together and share with students from different disciplines (batucada, African percussion, flamenco cajón, Iberian percussion and Brazilian music combo).

Where we carry out different percussion activities, among others.
